good food helpful staff
i found the location very convenient, less than ten minutes walking to the closest train station. there were many good food options and shops near the hotel. the staff members were super helpful!!! the roast goose place near the hotel entrance was amazing!!!
the basin in the bathroom seemed small.

I found the location super convenient , with the subway and plenty of restaurants nearby. The service was good. I booked a Premier King Room and had plenty of space. I really appreciated the updated rooms.
The lobby felt small and not as clean as I expected. I was a bit disappointed with the view from my window, because it overlooked a building site. The air conditioning was also quite noisy , , made it hard to sleep sometimes.

Acceptable Location, but Some Disappointments
missing curtains stains on walls
The hotel has a good location. It is walkable to Nathan Road and the train station.
The room I had was not excellent (I expected better). There were stains on the walls, and the room lacked curtains, which affected the overall comfort.

great location helpful staff comfortable stay prompt assistance
The location is great with many shops and restaurants nearby. A convenience store is right in front of the hotel. It is open 24 hours. The staff was helpful and good-natured! I felt very comfortable . They were prompt in assisting with any needs.
The lobby felt a little small and crowded at times.

Staff members at the front desk are very friendly to inquiries. The concierge team is helpful with directions and transportation arrangements. Housekeeping puts a lot of effort into cleaning. The rooms are super clean.

The hotel offers a varied breakfast with many options. I found the food to be AMAZING!!! The hotel has a bar for after-dinner drinks. The drinks were well-prepared.

central location clean room comfortable pillow
the hotel is in a very central location. the room was clean and modern with many amenities like shampoo, toothbrush, and shower gel. the pillows were large and comfortable , unlike other hotels.
the air CONDITIONING in the room was noisy.
